Overview

The Java-Bali Overland Tour is a multi-day journey designed to showcase some of Indonesia’s most iconic destinations across Java and Bali. This program combines cultural experiences, historical landmarks, natural attractions, local traditions, and culinary experiences into one memorable adventure. The tour begins in Jakarta and continues through Bandung, Yogyakarta, Malang, Bromo, Banyuwangi, and finally Bali. Along the way, travelers will visit famous destinations such as Monas, Jakarta Old Town, Braga Street, Borobudur Temple, Mount Merapi, Mount Bromo, and plantation areas in Banyuwangi.

Itinerary

The journey begins with an arrival transfer on the first day. Travelers will then visit Istiqlal Mosque, Jakarta Cathedral, Monas, Kota Tua, and Sunda Kelapa Harbor before continuing to Bandung.

In Bandung, guests will enjoy a city tour featuring Braga Street, Asia Africa Street, Gedung Sate, and a cultural performance at Saung Udjo. The trip then continues to Yogyakarta by train from Bandung.

In Yogyakarta, travelers will explore Taman Sari Water Castle, the Prambanan area, Borobudur Temple, and enjoy a Jeep adventure around Mount Merapi. The journey then proceeds to Malang and Mount Bromo to experience the beauty of East Java.

From Bromo, the tour continues to Banyuwangi with a visit to Bu Harni Plantation. Before heading to Bali, guests may also choose optional visits to Banyuwangi National Park or Ijen Crater. The Ramayana Ballet performance in Yogyakarta can be enjoyed depending on the available performance schedule.
